Everyone within our office deserves to be treated with respect. Our office has a zero tolerance policy for harassment or abusive behaviour. Absolutely no behaviour considered harassment or abuse will be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate discharge from the practice.
Please call our office on the same day that you wish to be seen, provided that it is a day that your doctor, or the nurse practitioner is scheduled to be in the office. Appointments are booked from 8:30 – 1:00pm when your doctor is in the office for a full day and 8:30 – 10:00am when your doctor is in the office for a partial day. If you reach the answering machine during scheduling hours, please leave a voicemail and a member of our staff will return your call. Due to high call volumes, please wait until 10:30am to call with requests not related to booking a same day appointments.
Appointments booked for the morning (prior to 2:00pm) must be cancelled no later than 10:00am. Appointments booked for the afternoon (after 2:00pm) must be cancelled no later than 12:00 noon. All patients who fail to provide notice as outlined above, will be charged for the appointment, accordingly.
Our office requires a minimum of 7 days notice for all prescription renewal requests. Please contact your pharmacist with all refill requests. If you are unable to provide 7 days notice, please speak with your pharmacy team to discuss your options.
Forms dropped off to the office for completion by the doctors must be reviewed by the patient beforehand. Forms received without signed consent for release of information will not be accepted or completed. The CPSO guidelines dictate that turnaround time for form completion is 60 days.
