If you are experiencing a medical emergency please present to your nearest Emergency Department, or dial 9-1-1 for assistance.
We hope to return to regular office hours on Friday December 13, 2024.
Winter weather is here! For the safety of both our staff and patients, there may be instances where the clinic closes without warning.
In case of office closures caused by inclement weather, telephones may be turned off and online appointments may be blocked. Please come back here or check our Facebook page for the most up to date clinic information.
Is Your Health Card Up To Date?
Service Ontario reminders are not being sent in the mail. In order to facilitate medical testing, your doctor requires a valid health card on file. Service Ontario has changed to online renewals. There is no charge to renew your health card!
