Online Booking
Please remember to select the correct appointment type when booking online. This allows the correct amount of time and preparation for your appointment. There are appointments available each day for online booking and for booking via telephone. If you do not see a time that works for you or if the online booking system is full for the day please call our front staff to inquire.
- Please check our "notices page" for doctors away schedule. Online booking will remain open in their absence, provided there is locum coverage (the system will not provide details on the physician in clinic).
- Please book one appointment per day - if we note you have booked 2 appointments in one day one will be canceled at our discretion.
- Please book under the patient who is being seen (eg book under a child, not the parent if the appointment if for the child).
- If you and someone else in your household need to be seen please book an appointment for each person. We can only accommodate one person per booked appointment.
- If you book an online appointment, we cannot accommodate calls later requesting to change your time. This time has now been held for you. If you do not see a time that will work for you on the online booking system please call our front staff to inquire about another time.
- Some appointments that have been booked online may not require an appointment (certain letters for work or insurance including for physio, massage, etc. as well as many types of forms). If you are not sure please call our front staff to review.

***IMPORTANT***
Appointments for Mental Health and Well Baby checks require forms to be completed prior to your appointment. You will receive them electronically prior to your appointment.
Please note, online booking will only be available to patients currently rostered with a physician at the Clarksburg Medical Group.
Need an Appointment?
Did you know, CMG offers pre-booked appointments with our Nurse Practitioner on Mondays? The Nurse Practitioners schedule will be available for online booking 2 weeks in advance. If you wish to pre-book an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner and an appointment is not available for your medical concern, please contact the office via telephone.
Please note, your Physician's schedule will only be available online for SAME DAY appointments.
A Note Regarding Prescription Requests
Effective immediately, there will be a $20 fee for prescription renewals without a visit.
Please know that the primary purpose is not to collect revenue from patients, but rather to decrease the tremendous administrative burden of avoidable prescription requests. Patients may book a "PRESCRIPTION RENEWAL" appointment online or by calling the office prior to medications coming due to avoid the fee.
Prescription renewals without a visit are covered for patients who subscribe to PatientSERV (exceptions may be made for frail or elderly patients who cannot make it in for an appointment).
