How to Schedule Your Same-Day Appointment
Please remember to select the correct appointment type when booking online. This allows the correct amount of time to be scheduled, and for our office to make the appropriate preparations for your visit. There are appointments available each day for online booking and for booking via telephone. If you do not see a time that works for you or if the online booking system is full for the day please call our front staff to inquire.
- Please check our "notices page" for doctors away schedule. Online booking will remain open in their absence, provided there is locum coverage (the system will not provide details on the physician in clinic).
- Please book one appointment per day - if we note you have booked 2 appointments in one day one will be canceled at our discretion.
- Please book under the patient who is being seen (eg book under a child, not the parent if the appointment if for the child).
- If you and someone else in your household need to be seen please book an appointment for each person. We can only accommodate one person per booked appointment.
- If you book an online appointment, we cannot accommodate calls later requesting to change your time. This time has now been held for you. If you do not see a time that will work for you on the online booking system please call our front staff to inquire about another time.
- Some appointments that have been booked online may not require an appointment (certain letters for work or insurance including for physio, massage, etc. as well as many types of forms). If you are not sure please call our front staff to review.
If you prefer to schedule your appointments in advance, this service is offered through our Nurse Practitioner Erin Churchill. Erin is scheduled to be in the office for a full day on Mondays. You may contact the office at anytime to schedule an appointment with Erin.

Clarksburg Medical Group operates on a same-day booking model. You will only see appointments available on a day your physician is scheduled to be in the office (you cannot book appointments in advance). If you would like to confirm your physicians schedule, please click here. Please note, online booking will only be available to patients currently rostered with a physician at the Clarksburg Medical Group.
