A Note Regarding Prescription Requests

Effective immediately, there will be a $20 fee for prescription renewals without a visit.

Please know that the primary purpose is not to collect revenue from patients, but rather to decrease the tremendous administrative burden of avoidable prescription requests. Patients may book an appointment online (please select "FOLLOW UP" as the category) or by calling the office prior to medications coming due to avoid the fee.
