If you require urgent medical care during this time please visit your closest Emergency Department. For non-urgent medical care, you may access the Collingwood After Hours Clinic (more information available here).
Inclement Weather
For the safety of both our staff and patients, there may be instances where the clinic closes without warning. In case of office closures caused by inclement weather, telephones may be turned off and online appointments may be blocked. Inclement weather closures will be posted on this page, as well as on our Facebook page.
Is Your Health Card Up To Date?
Service Ontario reminders are not being sent in the mail. In order to facilitate medical testing, your doctor requires a valid health card on file. Service Ontario has changed to online renewals. There is no charge to renew your health card!

Attention Patients!
Your personal information and privacy is of utmost importance. In an effort to provide you with the most privacy, we have switched our check in process to include a SELF-SERVE kiosk. As always, you must bring your health card to your scheduled appointment.
