Inclement Weather
For the safety of both our staff and patients, there may be instances where the clinic closes without warning.
In case of office closures caused by inclement weather, telephones may be turned off and online appointments may be blocked. Please come back here or check our Facebook page for the most up to date clinic information.

Is Your Health Card Up To Date?
Service Ontario reminders are not being sent in the mail. In order to facilitate medical testing, your doctor requires a valid health card on file. Service Ontario has changed to online renewals. There is no charge to renew your health card!
Online Booking
Please carefully record your appointment date and time. Patients who arrive more than 5 minutes late for their scheduled appointment may be turned away and the appointment cancelled. If you are running behind, please call the office as soon as possible to discuss your options.
