If you require urgent medical care during this time please visit your closest Emergency Department. For non-urgent medical needs, please visit the Collingwood After Hours Clinic.
Regular office hours will resume Tuesday May 19, 2026.
Inclement Weather
For the safety of both our staff and patients, there may be instances where the clinic closes without warning. In case of office closures caused by inclement weather, telephones may be turned off and online appointments may be blocked. Inclement weather closures will be posted on this page, as well as on our Facebook page.
Is Your Health Card Up To Date?
Service Ontario reminders are not being sent in the mail. In order to facilitate medical testing, your doctor requires a valid health card on file. Service Ontario has changed to online renewals. There is no charge to renew your health card!
A Note Regarding Prescription Requests
Effective immediately, there will be a $20 fee for prescription renewals without a visit.
Patients may book an appointment online (please select "FOLLOW UP" as the category and write the medication name or category (ie. blood pressure, thyroid, mood) in the details section. If you cannot book an appointment online you may also call the office.
